Dynegy (NYSE: DYN) is lower Monday after getting its rating cut at BTIG.

The firm cut Dynegy from Buy to Neutral, commenting "We now believe that the arguments made by the court’s examiner - and the weight those arguments possess in the context of this proceeding - make the path to implementing Dynegy’s plan of reorganization much more difficult and time-consuming. We are changing our rating on Dynegy’s common equity to NEUTRAL from BUY in response to the findings and the recommendations contained in the redacted examiner’s report filed on March 9th in the US Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York."
