Auriga downgraded Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $23 (down from $26) after Q4 results and lower Q1 guidance.

With flat capex guidance from the two largest service providers, they firm expects revenue to bounce back in the remaining quarters this year. They also see growth from new products in the 2nd-half and next year. Still estimates have been cut significantly on continued uncertainty about carrier spending.

Shares of Juniper Networks closed at $22.37 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $16.67-$45.01.
