Atlas Pipeline Partners announces extension to agreements with Southwestern

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ozark Gas Transmission L.L.C. ("Ozark"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APL), is pleased to announce the successful extension of various transportation agreements with Southwestern Energy Services Company ("Southwestern"). Ozark and Southwestern agreed to extend these agreements until March 31, 2011, with options to extend beyond that date. The transportation volume to be extended is 230,000 dth per day. These agreements are subject to review and acceptance by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC").

"These agreements with Southwestern extends the term on our existing arrangements by an additional two years," said Steve Winston, President of Ozark Gas Transmission L.L.C. "Including the results of our recently completed open season, we now have a 2009 average of 467,000 dth per day contracted on a firm capacity basis and believe locking up these commitments provides added long-term stability into the future cash flow stream contributed by Ozark."

Ozark is a FERC-regulated, 565-mile interstate pipeline system that extends from southeastern Oklahoma through Arkansas and into southeastern Missouri and has throughput capacity of approximately 500 million cubic feet per day.

Ozark is owned and operated by Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent LLC, a subsidiary of Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P..
