Arden Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARDNA) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share of Class A Common Stock payable on April 20, 2009 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2009.
In order to receive the dividend, investors must own the stock at least one day prior to the ex-dividend date of March 27.
The dividend yields 0.82%.
