Apartment Investment and Management Company Declares Quarterly Dividend on Class A Common Stock

DENVER, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended September 30, 2009, payable on November 30, 2009, to stockholders of record on November 20, 2009.
