Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE: AP) today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on the common stock of the Corporation. The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2009 to shareholders of record on July 15, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is July 13.
