American Dairy, Inc. (NYSE: ADY) announced the appointment of Jonathan H. Chou as Chief Financial Officer of American Dairy. Effective April 15, 2008, Mr. Chou will succeed Roger (Hua) Liu, who has assumed the role of Vice-Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Chou brings to American Dairy over 15 years of finance and accounting experience in the U.S. and Asia. Prior to joining American Dairy, he served as Asia Pacific Corporate Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions of Honeywell. [LJ]
