Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALDN) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Secure SafeWord product line from Secure Computing (NASDAQ: SCUR) for approximately $65 million in cash, including acquisition costs.
Aladdin raised its FY08 non-GAAP sales to $124-$132 million and EPS from $0.48-$0.56 to $0.67-$0.77. The Street estiamtes are currently for sales of $114.49 million and EPS of $0.39.
Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, provides security solutions that reduce software theft, authenticate network users, and protect against spam and viruses.
