After-Hours Movers 3/25: CTRN, DNR, CKR, OFC Higher; WX, AMKR Lower

WuXi PharmaTech Co., Ltd. (NYSE: WX) 18.8% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.74 from continuing operations, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.06. WuXi reported a Q4 profit of $0.17 in '07. Revenues for the quarter were $64.4 million, versus the consensus of $66.25 million. Sees FY09 sales of $265-$275 million, versus the consensus of $296.62 million.

Citi Trends, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTRN) 14.6% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.70, versus the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenues for the quarter were $146.6 million, versus the consensus of $146.60 million. Same store sales fell 1.9% during the quarter. Sees FY09 EPS of $1.30, versus the consensus of $1.07. Same store sales are expected to be up 3% for this year. Expects to increase square footage by at least 15% during '09.

Denbury Resources (NYSE: DNR) 5% HIGHER; will replace Rohm and Haas Co. (NYSE: ROH) in the S&P 500.

CKE Restaurants (NYSE: CKR) 4.9% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenues for the quarter were $327.5 million, versus the consensus of $336.67 million.

Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) 4% HIGHER; will replace Denbury Resources in the S&P MidCap 400.

Amkor Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMKR) 4% LOWER; sees Q1 sales down 30-34%, sequentially, from Q4. Q1 gross margin is expected to be 8-12% of net sales, above its previously announced range of 5% to down 2%.

Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT) 4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.22, ex-items, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenues for the quarter were $166.2 million, versus the consensus of $166.99 million.

Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. (NASDAQ: PNFP) 3.5% HIGHER; will replace Cleco in the S&P SmallCap 600.

SAIC, Inc. (NYSE: SAI) 2.9% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.30, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.29 and up 25% from the $0.24 reported in the same quarter last year. Revenues for the quarter were $2.52 billion, versus the consensus of $2.49 billion. Sees growing sales internally by 6-9% in '10, with earnings growth in the range of 11-18%.

Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) 2% HIGHER; today announced that its Board has approved an 11% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.28 to $0.31 per common share. The dividend is payable on May 1, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 7, 2009. With shares of Raytheon closing at $37.23 today, the dividend now yields 3.33%, up from 3.01% previously.

WGL Holdings Inc. (NYSE: WGL) INDICATED HIGHER; raises its FY09 non-GAAP EPS to $2.50-$2.62, versus the consensus of $2.40. On a GAAP basis, WGL moved from $2.41-$2.53 to $2.53-$2.65.
