Xerox Corp. (NYSE: XRX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0575 per share, or $0.23 annualized. This is a 35.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.0425.
The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 28, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
