Winmark Corp (NASDAQ: WINA) declared a special dividend of $5 per share, or $5 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 8.6 percent.
