Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share. The dividend is payable on August 24, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2009.
To receive the dividend, you must own the shows prior to July 23rd.
