Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7925 per share, or $3.17 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.7775.
The dividend will be payable on August 10, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
