Williams Cos. (NYSE: WMB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per share, or $1.25 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.
The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 24, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 22, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
