Williams Controls, Inc. (NASDAQ: WMCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on May 24, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
