White River Capital, Inc. (AMEX: RVR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1.00 annualized.
The dividend will be paid on December 4, 2009 to shareholders of record on November 20, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 18, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 8.4%.
