Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: WAYN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.
The dividend will be payable on August 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 16, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
