WSI Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 19, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 2, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
