WGL Holdings, Inc. (WGL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.2% to $0.40; 4% Yield

WGL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: WGL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3875.

The dividend will be payable on May 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 5, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
