W.R. Berkley Corp. (NYSE: WRB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 2, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 10, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
