Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.60 annualized. The dividend will be paid in a cash portion of $0.38 per share and a stock portion of $0.27 per share.
The dividend is payable on December 14, 2009 to common shareholders of record on November 10, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 6, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 4.4%.
