Verizon Communications, Inc. (NYSE: VZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 6, 2012.
