Valmont Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share, or $0.9 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.
The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.
