Valhi, Inc. (NYSE: VHI) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock, or $0.40 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 31, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 10, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 8, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 4.2%.
