Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE: UBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2475.
The dividend will be payable on January 18, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 2, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.4 percent.
