Noble International (Nasdaq: NOBL) 74.3% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.35, compared to $0.13 in the same quarter last year. Revenues for the quarter were $314.9 million, versus the consensus of $312.50 million.

Centerline Holding Company (NYSE: CHC) 47.7% HIGHER; reports a Q2 loss of $0.14, compared to a $0.17 gain in the same quarter last year. Revenues for the quarter were $129.77 million, compared to $135.06 million in Q207.

MCG Capital (Nasdaq: MCGC) 38.6% LOWER; this morning announced that it has met its estimated distribution requirements as a regulated investment company for 2008 and does not expect to make additional distributions during 2008. The Company currently expects to resume making distributions in 2009.

Advocat (Nasdaq: AVCA) 31.8% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.11, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenues for the quarter were $70.8 million, versus the consensus of $71.13 million.

Emergent BioSolutions (NYSE: EBS) 27.1% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.06, 17 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenues for the quarter were $43.5 million, versus the consensus of $49.25 million. Emergent BioSolutions sees FY08 revenue $180M-$195M versus consensus $186.3 million.

Haynes International (Nasdaq: HAYN) 25.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.46, 26 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.20. Revenues for the quarter were $166.3 million, versus the consensus of $157.62 million.

inVentiv Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: VTIV) 21.9% LOWER; reports Q2 adj-EPS of $0.40, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenues for the quarter were $285 million, versus the consensus of $268.67 million. Sees adj-EPS in the second half in the range of $0.90-$0.95.

UTStarcom (Nasdaq: UTSI) 21.9% LOWER; reports Q2 loss of $0.31, 3 cents below the analyst estimate of ($0.28). Revenues for the quarter were $633 million, versus the consensus of $603.38 million.

TXCO Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: TXCO) 19.9% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.24, 4 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenues for the quarter were $48.7 million, versus the consensus of $46.47 million.

Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD) 18.4% HIGHER; reports a Q2 loss of $0.03, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.32). Revenues for the quarter were $478.20 million, versus the consensus of $486.24 million.

McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSSR) 16.2% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.18, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenues for the quarter were $99.7 million, versus the consensus of $101.31 million. Reaffirms forecast. Announces a $20 million buyback.
