United Security Bancshares (Nasdaq: UBFO) reported that the Board of United Security Bancshares declared a 4th quarter 2009 stock dividend of one percent (1%) on September 23, 2009. The stock dividend replaces the quarterly cash dividend.
The stock dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on October 9, 2009 and the dividend shares will be issued on October 21, 2009.
To receive the dividend, you have to own the stock before October 7th.
