Union Pacific Corp. (NYSE: UNP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share, or $2.76 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 26, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
