US Home Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: USHS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.02.
The dividend will be payable on April 26, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 10, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
