United Bancorp (NASDAQ: UBCP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized. The dividend is a 50 percent reduction from the prior rate of $0.14.
The dividend will be payable on September 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 4, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 30, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
