UPDATE: Timken (TKR) Boosts Qtr. Dividend 4% to 26c/Share; Yields 2.6%

Timken (NYSE: TKR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized. The dividend is a 4 percent increase from the prior rate of $0.25 per share.

The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 14, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
