UPDATE: The New York Times Co. (NYT) Declares $0.04 Quarterly Dividend; 1.4% Yield

The New York Times Co. (NYSE: NYT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 28, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 13, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 11, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
