CreXus Investment (NYSE: CXS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 26, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 11 percent.
