MOCON, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.105 per share, or $0.42 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
