Briggs & Stratton Corp. (NYSE: BGG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. The dividend is a 9.1 percent increase from the prior rate of $0.11.
The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 20, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 16, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
