UMH Properties (NYSE: UMH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7 percent.
