UBS maintains a 'Buy' on El Paso Pipeline Partners (NYSE: EPB) price target of $39.00.

Analyst, Ronald J. Barone, made note that the company's distribution is ramping quickly. Specifically, EPB raises it's quarterly cash dividend by 2% on April 20, 2012 and then yesterday (July 18) by another 14.6%. Now the current APY is 6.3%.
