Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC) declared a quarterly dividend of 0.23 Swiss Francs (CHF) per share. The US dollar amount of the dividend payment will be $0.2262 per share, or $0.9048 annualized.
The dividend is payable on November 24, 2009 to shareholders of record as of October 30, 2009.
The dividend was based on the USD/CHF exchange rate in effect on November 17, 2009 of 1.0168.
