Tri-Continental Corp. (NYSE: TY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.155 per share, or $0.62 annualized. This is a 3.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.
The dividend will be payable on September 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 14, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
