Tri-Continental Corp. (NYSE: TY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
