Transmontaigne Partners (NYSE: TLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share, or $2.56 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on February 7, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 29, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
