TransCanada (NYSE: TRP) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.46 per share, or C$1.84 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
