The Stanley Works (NYSE: SWK) today announced that its Board has approved a 3.2% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.31 to $0.32 per common share, payable on September 23 to shareholders of record on September 5.
his extends the company's records for the longest consecutive annual and quarterly dividend payments among industrial companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
