Lowers its FY08 adj-EPS guidance from about $1.16 to about $1.07, versus the consensus of $1.15. For FY09, AES lowered its adj-EPS guidance range from $1.20-$1.25 to $1.15-$1.20, versus the consensus of $1.18.
