Texas Pacific Land Trust (TPL) Raises Annual Dividend 8.7% to $0.25; 0.4% Yield

Texas Pacific Land Trust (NYSE: TPL) declared an annual dividend of $0.25 per share, or $0.25 annualized. This is an 8.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.23.

The dividend will be payable on December 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.
