Teekay Offshore Partners L. P. (NYSE: TOO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5125 per share, or $2.05 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.5000.
The dividend will be payable on May 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 19, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.1 percent.
