Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39375 per share, or $1.575 annualized. This is an 8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3645.
The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 19, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
