Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: SKT) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 5.56% increase in its annual dividend from $1.44 to $1.52. The $0.38 quarterly dividend will be payable on May 15, 2008 to shareholders of record on April 30.
The dividend increase represents the 15th consecutive year in which Tanger has boosted its dividend.
