TAL International Group, Inc. (NYSE: TAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share, or $2.56 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.62.
The dividend will be payable on March 28, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 7, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 5, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.
