Sysco Corp. 9NYSE: SYY) declared an increase of 1 cent to their dividend, bringing it up to $0.25 per share from the current $0.24 per share, or $1.00 annualized.
The new dividend is payable on January 22, 2010, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 3.6%.
